Won't start! Buzzing sound at door.

It doesn't happen every time. Here's the problem: After loading clothes and closing the door. I select wash cycle and turn on machine. It sits there and the door buzzes. After opening and closing several times it catches and runs. This also happens while it is going through the wash cycle. Any answers out there? Thanks!

It sound like the door lock is sticking and not latching.

The switch will likely have to be replaced.
