Won't spin a large load

Before I go ordering the wrong part here's what it does. The spin cycle works fine as long as I don't put a super load in, is it the belt or the clutch? I dont hear any slipping or burning from the belt.

What are you calling a super load?

Take the front panel off and watch it to see if the belt is slipping.
