Default Won't spin or drain and leaks
Brand: Magic Chef
Age: 5 - 10 years

hi, i have a magic chef washer and it works fine until the last rinse and spin cycle. it makes a humming noise and doesn't spin and i see water on the floor and doesn't drain? this happens intermintent like after 2 or 3 loads. and the tube is set on the lowest level so it can't overflow so where and why is it leaking and not draining and spinning?

You may have a bad seal in the tub.

The pump may be leaking.

You may have loose wiring that is causing it not to spin.

Can you please provide your model number?
