Won't spin or drain

I have a kenmore direct drive washing machine(don't have the part no with me),it will fill with water and agitate, but it won't spin or drain. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Hi,
Sounds like you have a bad lid switch.
If you open and close the lid you should hear the switch click on and off.

If not replace the switch.
