Washer works fine except during rinse cycle-- if we select 'warm/cold' for example, when it comes to 'rinse' cycle it just sits there. Only when the temp knob is manually moved to warm will it start to fill with warm rinse water.

Try to start a load on cold, if nothing happens, remove cold hose and see if it or the screen is clogged, switch the hot &cold wires and see if problem is on hot setting. If so replace water inlet valves, Bettyboop

Thanks for response! Hoses and screens are brand new so I don't suspect them. Switch hot and cold wires on what?

The water valves where you screw on the hoses, the wires are on the inside of washer
