Won't drain or spin

Washer gets to drain cycle, makes some noise as it tries to start and then quits and just sits.

There are no kinks in drain pipe! Pulled power and reset, getting the same results over and over and the drain cycle LED remains on.

Check the pump motor.

Can you please check your model number as the may be one or more characters at the end missing.?
