Default Won't agitate, drain, or spin
Brand: Whirlpool
Model Number: LSN1000KQ0
Age: 5 - 10 years
I put in a load & noticed that it did nothing but fill. When I touched the Lid Switch it broke. Now I know that I need a Lid Switch (PS350434), what's next???

Installation of the lid switch. raise the top by prying up the spring catches holding the top down. Use a putty knife or butter knife. swap out the parts. Hopefully the switch is causing your entire problem.
