Brand: White-Westinghouse
Model Number: WWX433RFS0
Age: More than 10 years
I've got a White-Westinghouse Washer (Model # WWX433RFS0) that will not agitate. Shaft turns but will not agitate. Everything else seems to work properly (spin, drain, etc). Any help or ideas would be GREATLY appreciated. Thanks in advance.

If the agitator shaft is turning but not moving back and forth there is a problem in the transmission.

If the shaft is moving back and forth it may be the splines inside the agitator that are worn or the splined hub on the transmission.
