Can you please supply your model number?

The model number is on a tag under the lid of the washer where you put the clothes in.

Is there any other number on the tag?

That number is not a good model number.

Is this washer a USA model?

The lid switch is a safety device that should be replace.

You can bypass it until you get the replacement.

Here is a link to your washer model ras8244kq0.
