I have a top load whirlpool washer about 2 years old. It will not fill water when it gets to the rinse cycle. I can hear the motor running and it will not complete the cycle. I have tried it on reg and perm press, ot does the same thing. It fills fine at the wash cycle. Can you tell me what to lookfor and how to dothe repair?
