Default Whirlpool washer leaking
Brand: Whirlpool
Age: 5 - 10 years

Got a very bad "leak". All the hoses and connections in the back are fine. Water comes from underneath the back left leg and its quite a bit, and water also leaks through the holes that perforate the back of the washer. We just had a big ice storm and we were without power for about five days, so I'm guessing something froze and jacked it up. Any ideas?

Check the drain connector on the left lower back of the washer for cracking, also it connects to a plastic drain hose under the washer to the water pump, can also be cracked from freezing water in drain hoses. I have seen this where washer is exposed to freezing tempertures
