Default Whirlpool Washer Dryer - No Water!
Brand: Whirlpool
Model Number: AWZ412
Age: 1 - 4 years

Hi

I have a Whirlpool Washer Dryer AWZ412 which has been wrapped up from brand new just over a year ago. I recently took it to Italy to use there and it has been installed. It only has a cold water supply. I used it about five times no problems and then put it on again and suddenly there is no water to it. I have checked the hose for kinks and the water is definitely turned on. The detergent drawer will only open about an inch now as well.

Whirlpool could only send me the troubleshooting guide so were no use.

Does anyone know what this might be and how I can fix it myself?

Thanks

Chloe

Default

Check that the selector switch is set to cold water.

Can you here the solenoid buzzing?

Where was the washer purchased?

Can you please verify your model number as I can't locate it in our database?
