Our washmachine doesn't spin on the spin cycle. First thing I thought of was the belt tore. After I saw there was no belt, I realized it was a direct drive unit. Now I dont' know which part I need to fix this problem. It appears I may need the clutch assembly, but I am not sure.
I saw other postings of similar problems but not with our brand of appliance.
Your message dosen't say much, if it agitates, then pumps the water out, and keeps pumping without spinning, the shifter in your automatic transmission is bad and won't shift into spin. In which case, you need a new transmission!!
