Hello! I have the Maytag Atlantis, it's showing difficulty with agitation and a slow spin cycle to the point that suds re-appear in the holes in stainless steel tub, clothes is left kinda of wet and when we dry it has a smell. I'm thinking that it did't remove dirty water.

You may have something like a sock or wash cloth blocking the drain of the tub or the pump.

Remove the front panel of the washer and check the pump to see if there is anything blocking it.

You can also see if there is anything between the tubs.

To remove the front panel locate the two clips holding the top down.

The clips are about two inches in from the sides of the washer.

With a putty knife push in on the clips to release them.

On the inside you will see two screws holding the panel on, one on each side.

Here is a link to your washer model MAV7700Aww.
