Question Water will not stop going in and washer does not strt

Model Number: cwdh11w
Age: 1 - 4 years
The water will not stop going into washer until you shut off supply and washer does not start

Unplug washer and turn water on. If it still fills you have a bad water solenoid, if not you have a bad water level switch. Make sure the plastic tube to it is free from dirt and scale, check at bottom of tub also, make sure still plugged in.

water will not stop when washer is filling unless supply is turned off.
