easy enough to find the culpret is to see if the washer fills when their is no power to the machine ie unpluged from the power the it is the fill valves if not then it is the switch dont think will be expensive in the us  important that if you replace presure switch that washer is comleatly empty and that you blow out any water that may be in the plastic tube
