Default Water all over the floor, none in the drum
Brand: Whirlpool
Model Number: ultimate care 11
Age: 1 - 4 years

Help, we just brought this washer 2nd hand. It was working fine last week . Tonight I just put a load in the washer and could hear the water but it sounded different. There was water all over the floor so ofcourse I shut if off and the water.
The clothes inside the drum were all dry.
Any idea what is wrong?
