Unhappy Washing Machine won't empty
Brand: Maytag
Model Number: MAH4000AWW
Age: 5 - 10 years

My Maytag Neptune washing maching won't empty on any cycle. Since this is the third time in seven years, I am assuming that it is the Control Board again.
The first time the Control board was replaced, and the second time the Control board and Door Lock Assy were replaced. Are there other possibilities?
Carol

Will your door lock and will the washer still work in wash cycle?

Default The door lock works

The door locked, the washing machine filled with water, went through the cycles, but never emptied the soapy water.

The pump in this washer has its own motor.

It could be that this has failed.

Here is a link to your pump.
