Hi,
There is no belt on this washer, sorry.
The old whirlpool belts were never easy to change anyway... so your lucky.
If the main motor sounds like it's running, but the washer does not agitate or spin then I would check the motor coupler.
Here is a Step by Step Guide that may help you.
If the main motor does not sound like it's running and you only hear the ticking from the timer check the washer lid switch. See if you hear the lid switch make a clickie noise when you open and close the washer lid.
Something else to check for if the main motor does not run is a bad connection on the motor wire harness plug.

When the washer if full of water and should be agaitating carefully move the wire harness back and forth to see if the washer kicks in. Bad wire harness motor connection
