Default Washing machine spins but dosent dry cloths
Brand: Whirlpool
Model Number: 110
Age: More than 10 years

my washing machine spins but dosen't wring the water out of the cloths. .when the spin cycle is done there isn't any water in the washer but the cloths are still ringing wet. any body have any suggestions. thanks

This usually means your using the slower premanate cycle, or your clutch lining, is well worn.

thanks bettyboop .I dont know what the premanate is but ill check the clutch lining.

I'm sorry, I ment permanate press cycle spins slower as not to wrinkle perm press clothes, but on towels and bluegeans and heaver clothes, it won't spin out all the water, as well as normal cycle.
