Washing Machine fills, spins, but does not agitate during wash cycle

HELP!! My GE Professional Profile SensorWash Serial Number TS133336G will fill, spin out, but not agitate during the wash cycle. It smells of rubber burning. Thought it might be a belt but it does spin out.

Take the front of the washer off and watch and see what is happening when it is trying to agitate.

Can you please verify your model number as I can not locate it in our database.
