I have a top loading GE washing machine. All the water will not drain out of tub. I put a new pump on it. But you can move the tub and still hear water in it.

Can you please supply your model number?

Some water will stay in the washer.

You may be hearing the liquid in the balance ring.

I dont have the model # handy, it is at home. I had it with me yesterday and filed it away last night. It is 3 years old and is a top loading GE heavy duty, large capacity.
