Could you please tell me what the problem might be.

The washer is not that old and look's real good. I just don't understand how my dryer out does the washer. I have had it for 15 years. Could it be the Brand.

My husband took it a part and found two sock's in it. put it back togeather to see if that was the problem but it still did the same thing. Please help us.

You may have something stuck in the tub. Is this a cheap whirlpool or GE?

You have a cheap Whirlpool washer. Remove outer panel and check pump. Probably a sock in it.
