Hi... I would say that it wouldn't rotate during washing as strong as it was as well. If this is the case it is most likely the capacitor (A big metalic thing) at the back of the washer. "I Can Stop" is a typical say about this fauly. Replace it with a typical one. Disconnect the washer from mains, leave it for some time and discharge any thing left in the capacitor first. Dischage through connecting its ends using a metal thing (make sure you don't connect it to your self). Good luck.
