Hi, I have a 3 year old washer it works until it gets to the rinse spin cycle then stops, Does anyone have this problem or had this before, any ideas on where to start. Is this model washer very reliable, are others having different type issues with this model? Thanks

Here is what I want you to check first. Since the rinse cycle is cold water. Turn the washer on to wash and select cold water, and see if it comes out. If not, clean the cold water screan at the valve, and before reinstalling it, make sure you run the water out of the hose to be sure you have good pressure, then hook up. If it does not work at that time, you need to replace the water valve. If you have cold water, you would need a timer. If you need me you can reach me at my web site at ApplianceEducator.com Tom

The cold water valve on your washer has two solenoids.

One of the solenoids may be burnt out.

Here is a link to your washer model MAH2400AWW.

Your washer has to water valves, and hot water one and a cold water one . The cold water valve has two solonoids on it. the solonoid for the rince cycle will be your problem. The part # is 34001151 You can buy the part at Parts select if you do not have a parts house near you. Tom ApplianceEducator.com
