Default Washer works but the knob wouldn't move
Age: More than 10 years
The washer works in each cycle such as wash, rinse or spin if you move the knob manually. But the knob doesn't advance automatically. Is the timer problem or the timer motor?

Please help.

The timer will have to be replaced.

Can you please supply your model number?
