Model Number: LW3502W
Age: Please select
My washer machine won't run. When I turned the water level knob to adjust the size of the load I heard a cracking sound and the knob came off. I tried adjusting the water level without the knob, but now the washer won't work at all. Help!

Open up the contyrol console and check your water level switch
Sonds like you need a new one
