Default Washer won't start
Brand: Kenmore
Model Number: 41744252501
Age: 1 - 4 years
Washer won't start. Replaced control board but wouldn't fix it. I'm able to go thru cycle options etc, however as soon as I press Start it just doesn't go. Thanks !!!!

It could be the motor control board that is located in the bottom right corner of the washer.

Does the door lock?

If the door is not looking this could cause the washer not to start.

There should be a technician sheet in the control panel area to help you test the washer.
