Unhappy Washer won't spin/agitate is noisy
Brand: Kenmore
Model Number: 11028812790
Age: 5 - 10 years
Machine fills and drains however when it is supposed to move it rattles very loudly. It sounds stripped or possibly that a belt is broken. Any ideas?
Need help. Should I buy a new one?

Your washer does not have a belt it has a drive coupling.

If the washer will not wash or spin this is likely what you need.

With the washer empty tilt the washer back and see if you find black rubber pieces.
