Default Washer won't spin or agitate
Brand: Hotpoint
Age: 1 - 4 years
This morning my daughter was doing her wash. The wash water drained and the washer started to spin and there was a loud pop or bang. Now the washer won't spin or agitate on any cycle

If you can hear a motor running, it could be the belt
