My washer will not spin or agitate. It will fill with water and go through the cycles but it will not spin or agitate. I seen where it might be a coupling. If it is a coupling is there an easy way to verify this. Any help is appreciated.

Yes it does sound like your coupler.

The easiest way to verify this is to move your washer and look for black and white pieces.
