Age: More than 10 years
Washer Only Spins / Aggitates Very Weakly If Very Little In Washer Other Wise It Won't Spin Or Aggitate.
I Have Replaced The Drive Belt, I Don't Know If I Installed It Correctly, But The Belt Has Alot Of Slack In It. How Can I Adjust This?

Check and make sure the idler pulley is putting tension on the belt.

Here is a link to your washer model AA5421.

The picture will show you how the idler goes against the belt.
