Washer won't pass to spin/drain cycle

Default Washer won't pass to spin/drain cycle
Brand: Frigidaire
Model Number: fez831as2
Age: 1 - 4 years

wash cycle is fine but will not transition into next cycle of operation spin/drain

I tried to bypass lid switch by connecting wires together but didnt help

I wanted to add that water does not drain and I have no pump noise at all.
If I advance timer dial it still will not spin or drain

Hi … Not sure about your washer, but are you sure it is not on delicate cloth cycle or wool cycle, because they are made for cloths that can not stand draining and spinning with out getting damaged, so they simply don’t drain or spin. Also some washers have a button to stop draining and spinning make sure that, if you have one, it is not selected. Good luck.
