Washer won't drain

the tub won't drain. the alarm goes off with 2 minutes remaining and blinks 2 then F. I checked the hose and it was clear.

My front-loader won't drain & flashes an "F" and then a "2" also. Model #11044832200, Serial # CSN0710517. What do I do? It washes & spins but I have to manually drain the water out. Is this a pump problem or wiring?
