Washer won't agitate, drain nor spin

I bypassed lid switch and washer now fills, but, still will not agitate, drain nor spin.

After it fills with water does it sound like the motor comes on at all, or are you getting just dead silence from the machine?

Thanks for your response.

Not dead silence. Loud humming noise, then stops and I can hear timer, and it repeats the cycle. Also, water is coming out from under the machine or from the back of the machine.
