Default Washer Won't Agitate
Brand: Kenmore
Model Number: 110.23812100
Age: 1 - 4 years
My washer has stopped agitating. The dogs were worn out, so I replaced them with new ones yet it still will not agitate, only spin clockwise. Would the problem be the clutch assembly? If so, can I fix this or do I need to call a technician? Thanks.

No, a bad clutch would not be the problem.

If the motor run during agitation and the Motor Coupler is ok then you may have a bad gear box.
