Check to make sure the the washer is agitating.

If it is agitating it could be your lid switch.

If it is not agitating there is a piece that controls the agitate and spin that could be broken.

Check under your washer to see if there is bit of white plastic and black rubber.

If you find these pieces then you will have to replace your coupler.
