Default Washer will spin , won't fill / stops
Brand: Whirlpool
Model Number: ?
Age: 5 - 10 years

My Whirlpool washer will not fill , ...or continue cycle , but when put on 'spin' runs fine ..I have replaced the timer , part #3948852 , and the problem remains ....please help as I have a load in the washer , and so-on. .... Thanks !

If the washer is not filling check and make sure that no one has turned the water off.

Try a different water temperature and see if water comes in.

If you can not get water to come in then it is likely the fill valve.

Can you please supply your model number?

Thanks Sheila , for your response ... My model # lxr6432jq0 .... type # 107. I iwll try and replace the filler-valve, and let you know.
