Question Washer will not start
Age: 1 - 4 years

I have a kenmore washer, sorry i do not know the model number/ top loader, it is about 4 years old MAX. and for a couple months now it will fill up with water and not start. sometimes if i slam the lid it might kick in but now it just won't start at all. just fills up with water, nothing else. Can some kind soul please help me?

It sound like the bracket for the lid switch is broken.

I kind of suspected that but, How would i go about fixing that? You can get technical, i'll understand it.

IT's FIXED!!! I found a loose screw in the bracket. once i secured that the washer started working with no problems what so ever! Thank you for your time and help!
I'll definatly reccomend this site to my friends!
