This is a Crosley washing machine. Everything else runs. When it gets to the spin(timer still moves) no spin. Is it the timer or something else. Also they don't make the timer for this model. There is a timer for magic chef Model #W224LV that looks like it will work.(Part # PS84972) Is it possible to use this part inplace of the other.

It could be the contacts in the timer but is sound more like the motor is not reversing.

Will it spin in any cycle?

Can you please verify the model number of your washer?

If the part number of the timer on the Magic Chef is the same as the number on the Crosley it will work.

I do believe that the model # is correct.(CW225BV) It will not spin in any cycle. I don't know what the original part # is for the Magic Chef, it only gives the Part select #.

Model # is wrong. Correct # is CW22B5V
