washer fills/ washes ok. it will not spin after wash or rinse. washer is approx. 5 yrs old not 10.

With the washer empty tip it back and remove the cup in the center of the pulley.

Give the pulley a quick spin in the counter clock wise direction and see if the cam engages.

The cam may be worn.
