My Crosley washer (model #CW22B7V) will not spin. Agetator works fine and also pump pumps out the water while it is in the spin cycle but there is no spinning, no matter if it is in the first spin cycle or the last. Also the pump shuts off when I open the lid so I'm sure its not the switch on the lid. Is there a belt that may need to be replaced? Any help will be greatly appreciated!

With the washer empty tip it back and take the dust cap off the pulley.

Spin the pulley counter clock wise and see if the cam engages.

If the cam does not engage it is likely worn and will need to be replaced.
