Default Washer will not spin
Brand: Whirlpool
Age: 5 - 10 years
I have a whirlpool washer that will not spin. It does everything else but spin. The water does not drain either. This happened all of a sudden with no warning. The timer does continue til lthe end.

Suggestions???

Check the lid switch.

The washer will not drain or spin if the lid switch is faulty.

Can you please supply your model number?
