Have you moved the washer b-4 you had trouble? Also remove cabinet by removing 2 phillips screws that hold down control pannel then flip up pannel back on it's hinges. Prise up the 2 brass clips, unplug the plug that is attached to top of washer top, then tilt the whole cabinet to you, and lift away. Now ck the 3 centering springs, then the one in the back that keeps tub level. Take your hand and move the tub around, and if it moves smooth. Now look under the tub on the rubbing surfaces and see if all 3 chocklate coloured teflon glides are intact. Let me know what you find. Bettyboop

Bettyboop,
All the springs are attached and look good. The tub moves smoothly. All 3 Chocklate teflon glides are there and look intact.

Is your washer a "super" or an extra large? Take off the white plastic cover on top of your wash tub, you'll see a plastic ring attached to the spin basket. If it's a super, it should be tight to the spin basket-not loose. If you have an extra large,
the ballance rings attached with about 8 stainless steel clips that sometimes come loose. Tap the ring with the palm of your hand, and see if you felt any looseness. If it is loose, lift it up, and off and put some silicone glue on the clips then carefully push it back down firmly. Let it dry overnight and test run,Bettyboop
