Does anyone have any idea what would cause the spin cycle to only spin at a medium speed. The clothes are still very wet after spinning. Also, when it spins without clothes in it it seems to wobble quite a bit. Thanks for any advice.

It could be the speed control switch or the motor.

Check the switch for burnt contacts.

Your wiring diagram will have the contact positions on it.
