Age: 5 - 10 years
the washer work great, up to the spin cycle...not all water drains.

This is a front loader. This has a stand alone pump. It is clogged, that is why it is not draing good. Unplug the unit, and take the 2 screws loose, and the 2 hoses coming to it off, and clean out the pump. You probably won't have to replace the pump, just clean it, and reinstall. Tom
