Hi;
My neptune washer just gave a code LR and stopped working . How would I go about fixing this?? Manual says the code is a motor problem and to call for repair.

The LR can mean that the motor has failed or the spinner shaft is seized to the bearing.

Check the wiring harness to the motor it may be loose.

See if you can turn the tub by hand.

If the tub is free and the wiring harness is good preform the motor test.

You will find the test paper in the console.

Thanks Sheila I will check that, the tub does spin freely so I will have to take a look at the motor. Where is the test paper console??

The console is the part that the controls are in.

The test papers will be found in an envelope inside.
