Question Washer keeps draining
Brand: Whirlpool
Model Number: GVW9959kt1
Age: 1 - 4 years

I have a Whirlpool calypso that wont stop draining. The pump went out about 3 weeks ago.( Keep in mind the pump still worked but the propellers where stripped. )And I replaced the pump with a new one and every thing worked good for about two weeks then my wife told me that the pump keeps running. I know after reading on the web that the calypso washers are plan junk. I'm very lucking that mine lasted this long after reading all about the calypso lawsuit. I found a wiring diagram on the washer thinking it might be one of the two control boards but I don't know witch one would control the pump. The pump wires go into the motor control board but I think the machine control board tells the motor control board when to turn on and off the pump . But I really don't know if that is how it works or not. Any help from some one would be great. Other wise my wife will be getting a new washer for Christmas ! ! HA ! !HA ! !
Thanks,

Here is a link to some service info
http://adcxns1.whirlpool.com/Service/SrvTechAdm.nsf/2cd44500d572193285256a45004fd9d6/2c1e295a88aaaae885256c5d004632a4/$FILE/8178010.pdf

Do you get any error codes?
The unit has a so called Flood Protection which will cycle the pump every 30 seconds. Could this be messed up?
Also says it has relay fault sensing but can it be trusted?

Definitely looks like it is OVER engineered and UNDER thought

It shows a LF error That means fill time exceeds 10 minutes, The vaves are turned off and the "LF" is flashed. The reason is because the pump keeps pumping the water out. Any other help would be great !
Thanks
