Model Number: LWA50AW
Age: 5 - 10 years

Did anybody succeed in removal of hex nut or entire hub from a shaft to get to the bottom seal?
Will appreciate any advice. Thanks much, Georgy.

Can you please verify your model number as I can't locate it in our database.

The nut come of turning it counterclockwise.

Check and see if the transmission is turning when you are trying to remove the nut.

If it is clamp a pair of visegrips on one of the four lugs on the transmission so the transmission will stop when the visegrips come in contact with the tub support.
