Default Washer fills, agitates for a few minutes and stops.
Brand: General Electric
Model Number: WPSQ312OT2WW
Age: More than 10 years

My Ge Washer Fills Fine, Starts To Agitate For A Minute Or So Then Stops. I Can Turn The Timer And It Goes Again And Stops. If I Get It To The Right Point To Start To Rinse, It May Go Til The End. Just Replaced The Timer Yesterday And Still Doesn't Work.

Check the wiring to your lid switch a loose wire can make the washer stop and start.

Make sure the lid switch is mounted tightly.

Here is a link to your washer model WPSQ312OT2WW.
